Training cycles will vary throughout the year, but will rarely exceed eight weeks at a time.
Yes. Prior to the start of each cycle, we will release a video announcing and reviewing the plans for the upcoming training cycle.
Yes. Both paths will have suggested scaling options for strength, movement or capacity limitations based on the workouts for the day. You can also use the membership site to ask questions directly to a TTT Affiliate Coach.
Yes. Each day will have specific notes covering the workout’s intent, goals for times of completion, and coaching cues to help you give members the best experience possible.
If you notice a workout has a piece of equipment or machine you don’t have access to – or enough available for a class setting – you may ask a TTT Coach for modification suggestions. Also, the TTT Affiliate Fitness track is designed to help affiliates who have minimal pieces of equipment.
Yes. If you would like to schedule a 30-minute consultation (at an additional cost), you can set that up inside the TTT Affiliate member site. This is often used for gym owners or coaches who would like to review the cycle in more detail, or to receive guidance on possible changes they could make to the program to best suit the members’ needs.
Yes. We suggest our 1/3/5 On-Ramp system for onboarding new members, based on their current level of fitness. You’ll gain access to this inside the Wodify App.
TTT Affiliates will get access to the upcoming week’s training by Noon EST on Tuesdays.
Yes. We will have a training cycle focused on Open prep that starts annually in the first week of January.
