TTT Affiliate

Designed with the evolving needs of your gym in mind, our program gives you access to both our flagship TTT Affiliate Path as well as our Hybrid Group Class. Each path includes comprehensive daily plans and a growing video library to enhance your members’ experience. Gain the confidence, resources and flexibility to guide your athletes to lifelong fitness.

FITNESS FOR LIFE

Our Affiliate Programming is built from the ground up to ensure sustainable progress for your members. We run cycles and progressions to keep a strong focus on measurable improvement, while also leaving room for some friendly competition and community events throughout the year.

60 MIN CLASS STRUCTURE

Each day includes a warm up, strength/skill, conditioning and cooldown with a recommended 60 minute time structure to eliminate any guess work for you and your coaches. Each session will have a full breakdown of Coach’s Notes to describe the stimulus, intent, and format for every workout. For those members always looking for more, you will find daily Extra Credit that can be done after class or during Open Gym times.

EXPAND YOUR BUSINESS

In addition to the regular programming, you will also gain access to our TTT On Ramp Program to onboard new members, our Beyond Scaling Progressions to help members learn new skills, and our Specialty Class offerings so you can build out additional classes or personal training at your gym!

Not all gyms are the same. Our programming includes two training paths based on your gym members’ needs. We offer Competitive and Fitness options, allowing you to choose one, or a blend of them to best suit your facility, and the style of programming that your members love.

On Ramp Program
Gain access to our series of Movement Screens designed to help meet new members where they are at and create a plan for their training. The 5/3/1 On Ramp Program was created to give coaches a way to tailor their on ramp to the individual with either a 5,3, or 1 session on ramp depending on the new member’s skill and background.

Beyond Scaling Series
Every members has different scaling needs based on injuries, training age, volume tolerance and more. This is why we created a 3 Tier system to help you decide how best to scale your members in a class setting, while still helping them hit the correct stimulus and improve week over week.

Specialty Classes
Our growing list of specialty classes are built in the same format as our regular Affiliate Programming but designed towards a specific goal. Is your community prepping for a weightlifting meet or a local Hyrox? Are your members trying to unlock new, high level skills like muscle ups? Use our programs to guide them towards their next great achievement!

Coach and Owner Education
This is more than just programming - get the opportunity to learn from our coaches with resources about how we think about developing culture, setting up a consistent class structure, how to deliver constructive feedback to members, and more!

TTT AFFILIATE – MAIN PATH
Our Flagship Group Program – Designed for gyms with a more competitive training environment, this path includes high-skill gymnastics progressions, Olympic lifting, and met-cons tailored for those aiming to perform well in the CrossFit Open at an amateur level. Expect workouts with machines, barbell cycling, gymnastics, and classic CrossFit-style elements commonly seen in qualifiers and competitions. It also includes daily fitness-based options for gyms where high-skill or competitive movements and intensity aren’t the priority. These versions maintain progression and challenge, but are less aggressive in design. All sessions are built to keep in mind gyms with limited space and equipment.

AXIS PATH
Designed for gyms to use as a standalone group program or as a flexible resource to cherry-pick sessions based on your gym’s structure and member needs. Axis follows a structured group model that includes hypertrophy training, structural balance, and mixed conditioning—featuring muscle endurance training, aerobic endurance sessions, and the occasional classic CrossFit-inspired metcon. Built to keep members engaged, progressing, and having fun.
