TTT 60

TTT 60 provides flexible, performance-driven programs for those who love the training style but aren’t focused on competition—so you can build strength, develop skills, and enjoy your fitness journey on your own terms.

Release Schedule

Every Sunday at 12am EST we release a new week of training via the WodUp app. Each day will include a warm-up, movement demos, and a leaderboard to log your results.

TTT60 is built for those who have goals that exist outside of the Sport of Fitness. Whether you just enjoy the training style and aren’t looking to compete, or you want to have a more focused approach to an aspect of the sport that you enjoy, we’ve got you covered.

TTT Blended is our newest path, that combines Bodybuilding, Endurance, and CrossFit into efficient, 60-minute sessions. Each workout is structured to build strength & muscle, improve conditioning, and avoid interference between training qualities.

TTT CROSSFIT is designed for athletes seeking a well-rounded training program that prioritizes general physical preparedness (GPP). This path is perfect for those who want to improve across all areas of fitness—strength, endurance, skill, and conditioning—without specializing in a specific discipline.

TTT BODYBUILDING
TTT BODYBUILDING is built for those who want to get stronger and focus on aesthetics. This is our unique spin on proven bodybuilding methods to help you look great and feel even better.

TTT ENDURANCE
TTT ENDURANCE is designed to build your ENGINE. Great for those looking to improve on the ergs, get faster on runs/swims, or add extra conditioning to their CrossFit training.

TTT MINIMAL EQUIPMENT
TTT MINIMAL EQUIPMENT is made to be accessible no matter where you are or how much you have to work with. Whether you have nothing or a set of dumbbells, we will get it working!

TTT MOVEMENT AND MOBILITY
TTT MOVEMENT AND MOBILITY is focused on increasing range of motion and addressing mobility restrictions that may be limiting your movement quality, or increasing your risk of injury.
