  • This consulting service is an opportunity to take a closer look at your approach—whether that means getting feedback on your own training, evaluating an athlete’s program, or having a thoughtful conversation about the professional side of coaching. It’s designed to support learning, provide clarity, and help you think more critically about your decisions. Sessions are tailored to your goals and led by an experienced TTT coach who’s spent years working through the same kinds of questions in both training and coaching.
Personal Training

  • Our personal training service is designed to help you reach your specific goals. It begins with an in-person assessment and consultation, allowing us to build a personal program that meets your needs and goals. You will work with an expert coach to help motivate you and guide you through each session to make sure you are moving correctly. Our goal is to provide you with a supportive coaching relationship focused on your long-term progress.
1 on 1 Coaching

  • For athletes serious about progress, this is full-service individualized coaching. Daily training is built around your schedule, equipment, and goals—whether competitive or lifestyle. You’ll collaborate with your coach to review videos, refine strategy, and prep for events. This is a partnership: co-creating, adapting, and improving together every step of the way.
