HOW TO START

Schedule an initial consult

All nutrition clients are required to start with an initial 30-minute phone consultation.

In this consult we will:

  • Review your Client Intake Form and food tracking log
  • Provide realistic timelines and expectations around your goals
  • Advise which service would be best for you
