Chapters

Chapter 1
First, we explore the philosophy and concepts needed to effectively coach strength. In this chapter we’ll also put to rest many major misconceptions and present our case for an evidence based approach to strength.
Chapter 2
Next we’ll share our strength assessment process. This is an essential step in the coaching process and will be your starting point for designing effective training programs.
Chapter 3
Finally we’ll dive deep into program design, helping you connect the dots from knowledge to practical application for your atheltes to get stronger.

There are 20+ hours of course videos and a manual that comprises of 280+ pages of evidence based strength coaching information. There are three chapters and each chapter takes roughly 3 hours to read.

Yes. You can complete the course at your own pace.

Yes. You will be able to post questions in the comment section below each course video. The age-old adage that “if you have a question, someone else has the same question” likely holds true here! We will answer your questions as they come in and over time build a bank of answers to common course questions.

You will receive a PDF copy of the manual and a hardcopy will be mailed to you shortly if you request during payment. The manual is not sold separately at this time.

After each chapter, there is a quiz that must be completed in order to finish the course. You need a passing rate of 80% or higher.

You will get a certificate of completion when you pass the final exam. In the future, this course may be a part of a certification, but not at this time.
