TTT COMPETE

This program is for athletes chasing performance. Whether you’re a seasoned competitor, a dedicated trainee, or just learning to compete, this program provides the structure, coaching, and community to help you reach your next level.

Release Schedule

Every Saturday at 12am EST we release a new week of training via the WodUp app. Each day will include a video overview from a coach to explain the intention of that day’s training, a warm-up, movement demos, and a leaderboard.

7X / WEEK TRAINING PROGRAM

TTT Compete is for athletes at any level looking to sharpen their skills, increase their strength, and build their capacity for competing in the sport of CrossFit.

90 minutes TO 2 HOURS

Plan on each session typically taking 90 minutes to 2 hours to complete including your setup and warm-up/cool-down. 60 minute options are available for those with tighter schedules in our RX and Master’s path.

SEASONAL-SPECIFIC PROGRAMMING

TTT Compete programming is built to have you prepared for the various stages of the official CrossFit season, or any related qualifiers and in-person events. Each cycle ranges from 8-12 weeks and peaks at different times of the season based on skill level.

Designed for athletes competing at the highest levels, this path provides advanced programming, strategic periodization, and skill refinement to prepare for the CrossFit Games, Semifinals, and other elite competitions.

Serious Hobbyists
For those who love training and want to push themselves but aren’t aiming for professional competition. This path balances performance-driven programming with sustainable progress to help you reach new levels.

Tailored for experienced athletes who want to continue improving while considering longevity, recovery, and smart training modifications to stay competitive in age-group divisions.

Beginner to Intermediate
Perfect for those new to structured training or looking to improve fundamental strength and skills. This path focuses on movement efficiency, endurance, and gradual progression.

Strength-Focused
For athletes seeking a more focused strength-only approach, the Strength Bias path offers a dedicated track centered on pure strength development through increased volume, hypertrophy, and targeted accessory work.

Endurance-Focused
Ideal for athletes prioritizing aerobic capacity and stamina, this path incorporates targeted conditioning, monostructural intervals, and energy system development to enhance performance in long-duration workouts.
