Intention: I wanted to create a workout that encouraged risk taking/pushing out of comfort zone. I think that we spend a lot of time talking about refining the art of pacing workouts but sometimes we just need to embrace the pain and get after the workout without much thought. The very best in the world only have one place to separate themselves on this workout and that’s by going faster on the runs.

Scale this to a weight and gymnastics variation that you can push the pace on. No more than 2 breaks on any movement is the goal
