Many of you have been patiently waiting for the next evolution of our mentorship program and the final installment of our program design educational series: Coaching Conditioning. These projects have been years in the making, and while the journey has had its fair share of challenges, I’m excited to share an update on where things stand.
We’re now more than two-thirds of the way through building the conditioning course, with the early modules focused on simplifying complex physiology into clear, usable concepts that translate directly into better program design and coaching.
Through years of working with elite CrossFit Games athletes and competitive performers, we’ve developed a model for understanding the stimulus of a mixed modal workout and constructing training with purpose.
This framework outlines how the following variables can be trained with different styles of testing:
By understanding these factors, you’ll be able to write more intelligent workouts that actually improve conditioning for sport. It’s a step toward taking the art of program design and turning it into a teachable, repeatable system.
The honest answer; when it’s ready. In the past, I’ve made the mistake of rushing to hit deadlines or falling behind. This time, I want to make sure it’s right. My goal is for you to walk away confident in your ability to prescribe conditioning sessions, understand fatigue, and adapt programs for every type of athlete.
I’ll keep refining the written material and video content, and when it’s ready, you’ll be the first to know. You can sign up here to stay updated as we get closer to release.
The mentorship program will follow the release of the Conditioning Course. After running three rounds of mentorship already, we’ve learned a lot about how to make it more effective. The goal is to create an environment that gives coaches structure, feedback, and community as they apply the concepts from our courses.
Here’s what’s coming:
Education has always been one of my highest values. I’ve put a lot of time, care, and energy into these projects so that we can continue delivering meaningful experiences that push this industry forward.

And if you’d like to connect directly, join me for a live webinar and Q&A on November 20th. I’ll be sharing more about the upcoming Conditioning Course and Mentorship, and answering questions from coaches and athletes.
