This is our 12-week Hyrox Prep for those who plan to compete in a Hyrox-sanctioned event or just want to get fit. There are options for all skill levels.

First-Time Racers
New to Hyrox? This program is designed to build your confidence and guide you through the unique demands of the race, without feeling overwhelmed. You'll develop the strength, endurance, and pacing strategies you need to crush your first event.

Weekend Warriors
You’re in it for the fun, challenge, and camaraderie. Whether you're chasing a new personal best or just love testing your limits, this path balances performance with lifestyle, helping you get race-ready while still enjoying the process.

CrossFit Converts
Already have a solid fitness base from CrossFit but want to fine-tune your engine for Hyrox? This program adapts your existing strength and conditioning background into specific race prep, focusing on pacing, transitions, and sustainable output across the full event.

I loved how easy and convenient it was, I probably would have never made time to actually do any training or prep, so the fact that all I had to do was show up Thursdays at 6:30 was amazing.
