Our Hyrox program is a great option, whether you have a specific race in mind or want to experiment with this style of training. With a primary focus on running, you’ll improve your engine for longer efforts plus the added exposure to machines and specific implements included in a race will have you prepared to compete in the sport or have a great carry over to any kind of endurance or CrossFit training.
