Golf Fitness Training

Triple Tee Golf is for athletes who play golf. Whether you’re focused on injury prevention, mobility, swing speed, or overall fitness, this program builds the foundation for better performance on and off the course.

At Home Golf Speed Program

This 12-week program can be done entirely at home with minimal equipment, using plyometrics, jumping drills, and bodyweight strength work to build speed and power that translates directly to your golf swing.

Movement & Mobility

A focused 12-week plan to improve mobility in your hips, shoulders, wrists, and spine—so you can swing more freely, reduce tension, and unlock better positions in your golf game.

In Gym Strength & Speed

Designed for golfers who train in the gym, this program blends strength training, cardio, mobility, and speed development to build a well-rounded, athletic foundation for both performance and longevity.
