Meghan began coaching CrossFit classes in 2010 and started programming for a variety of individual athletes in 2012. A lifelong athlete, Meghan grew up playing soccer and first discovered her love for training while working at Gold’s Gym in high school. Her passion for fitness deepened when she found CrossFit in 2009—and she was hooked.
As an athlete, Meghan is a 5-time Individual CrossFit Regional qualifier, competing four times individually and once on a team at the CrossFit Games. Throughout her career, she’s earned multiple coaching certifications, including CrossFit Level 2, CrossFit Weightlifting, Movement and Mobility, and OPT’s CCP Assessment, Program Design, Nutrition, and Lifestyle Coaching.
After retiring from competitive CrossFit, Meghan expanded her knowledge of movement and health by becoming a certified yoga teacher. She brings a well-rounded approach to coaching, helping everyday athletes push their performance, develop strength and skills, and build confidence through training.
Whether she’s guiding someone through their first pull-up or helping an athlete prep for an event, Meghan loves being part of the journey and watching people thrive through fitness.
She currently coaches classes at Training Think Tank. Outside the gym, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and son.
