Colleen Burke

Coach

Colleen was introduced to CrossFit in 2013. Over the years she developed a deep passion for training and coaching. In that timeframe of starting CrossFit until now, she served 4 years active duty in the United States Air Force as an F-16 crew chief as well as receiving her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Lakeland University. She also had the privilege to teach Strength and Conditioning techniques at the college level upon my graduation. Other credentials and certifications I have completed include: CFL1&2, USAW-L1, the Training Think Tank Mentorship Program for Professional Coaches as well as 6 years of coaching experience.

Colleen is working and training out of Wisconsin.
