Chris grew up in New Hampshire, where his love for sport started early with soccer. In high school, he picked up wrestling and lacrosse. He originally started CrossFit in college as a fitness program he could complete in one hour, but couldn’t resist its competitive side. Since 2018, he has competed at the Regional/Semifinal level and has competed twice in the team division at the CrossFit Games. He continues to train and compete in the sport of CrossFit.
Before he was a coach at TTT, Chris spent 8 years as an engineering officer in the Merchant Marine. Here he gained firsthand experience balancing fitness with intense work demands. He is passionate about helping others navigate the same challenges he’s faced. His coaching style is rooted in structure, consistency, and accountability. Chris specializes in working with driven individuals—competitive athletes, military and first responders, youth athletes, and alpine athletes looking to maximize their performance. He thrives on developing well-rounded, durable performers who are ready to meet the demands of their sport—and life—with confidence.
Outside the gym, Chris recharges by staying active outdoors—skiing, hiking, playing pickleball, and spending time with his dog Ricky. His coaching philosophy reflects that same balance: train hard, stay consistent, and enjoy the process along the way.
