Aimee has always been passionate about sports. She trained in gymnastics for seven years, played basketball and softball in high school, and competed in Division I softball at the University of Delaware. She earned her degree in Kinesiology from James Madison University.
After college, Aimee married and had her first child. In 2006, her family moved to Arizona, where she discovered CrossFit and began coaching and training in the sport. By 2011, Aimee had embarked on a competitive CrossFit career, qualifying for five regionals and two Games with the Bomb Squad team from CrossFit Fury in Goodyear, AZ.
In 2016, Aimee relocated to Alpharetta, Georgia, and joined CrossFit Passion/United Performance. Over the past 14 years, she has coached group classes and provided personal training for teens and adults.
In her spare time, Aimee coaches high school softball at Centennial in Roswell, GA, and enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children, Zoli (21) and Maggie (17).
