Age Group Virtual Competition Simulation Weekend

This camp is for any and all Age Group athletes who are preparing to take part in either the CFG In-Affiliate Semifinals, or a similar online qualifier.  The goal of this camp will be to simulate a qualifier weekend to allow the athletes the chance to practice the art of competing.  Our expert coaching staff will design qualifier style workouts and timelines to replicate the demands and stress that you would expect to experience.  Our coaches will also observe and provide individual feedback to all participating athletes to help you learn and continue to progress as an athlete in the sport of fitness. 

Be ready to challenge yourself and push your limits, to find opportunities for improving yourself as a competitor, and most importantly, to enjoy throwing down with your peers in a sport we all love.

What to expect 

- 4-5 'events' over a 2 day window

- Full workout descriptions along with heat times, floor plans, warmup options, execution thoughts, judging, cooldowns

- Post-workout analysis and feedback from our coaching staff to highlight points of performance that will allow you to make the most of your events
