WHO WE ARE
Our namesake, Training Think Tank , comes from our commitment to working together to grow, educate, and foster a healthier world.
TTT CrossFit is a 10,000 sq. ft. facility located in the heart of Roswell, GA. We specialize in group and personal training utilizing the CrossFit methodology-- performing constantly varied, functional movements at a high intensity.
Our Goal
We strive to make every athlete that walks through our facility not only just "fitter", but also more knowledgeable and aware of their own health and physical movement. In joining TTT CrossFit, you are not simply just signing up for another gym, you are signing up for the community, the coaching, and the high level of attention. When you come to our class, our coaches and community want you to leave feeling like our coaching, workout, and teaching provided you with the best hour of your day. We seek to empower all of our members, and allow them to take full control of their health and fitness, inside and outside of our gym.
We always push the highest level of standards from all of our athletes and coaches-- regardless of skill level, our #1 priority is always your safety. We will encourage the improvement of technique and mobility to support longevity in your fitness journey. We believe in the concept of virtuosity-- doing the common things, uncommonly well. We help every single one of our members reach for their highest standard of movement.

EFFORT IS A CHOICE
I will face challenges head on and am willing to be pushed out of my comfort zone by my coaches and community. I will make the decision to give my best effort every day.

RESPECT
I will treat others the way I want to be treated. I will listen to the coach's cues, advice, or recommendations to keep me safe and help me reach my goals.

I will support my community by upholding movement standards to the best of my ability. I will be honest with myself and my coaches about my goals.

I will take care of the environment I am in including the people I interact with and the equipment I use.
