HOW IT WORKS
Our coaching process starts with an in-depth consult.
For remote clients, this takes the form of a 60-minute video call where you will discuss your goals and training history, identify lifestyle obstacles that may hold you back, and determine an optimal training schedule.
Intro Consult w/ Your Coach
Once you have finished the consult, you will move into the gym where we will have you film a variety of movements screening everything from your mobility to sport-specific movements like snatches and muscle-ups.
2. Movement Screening
Your coach will then take all of this information, and work WITH you to build a program to guide your journey. This includes helping you build systems to ensure you stay on track, and learning to handle the unknowns that inevitably come up.
3. Custom-Built Programming
And now the best part: You and your coach will work through cycles of training while utilizing our feedback collection process. Through regularly scheduled communication, you and your coach will work together to progress and adjust your training to reach your goals.
4. Regular Check-Ins
To begin the process we require an application fee of $150. This fee will cover the cost of the initial consult and is refundable at anytime 48 hours prior to the initial consult you will schedule.
