COACH
RYNE SULLIVAN
Ryne Sullivan started working for TTT in 2017. Born in 1990, Ryne played baseball through college as a varsity athlete where he earned all-conference honors as a senior. Ryne discovered CrossFit in high school and utilized the methodologies in the baseball off-season. His coaching career was inspired by his concerns regarding the lack of strength and fitness conditioning and overall movement quality in the baseball community.
Ryne utilized a back injury to develop his engine for Crossfit, where he decided to pivot to running exclusively. This has given him the experience of going from a novice runner to a competitive runner while studying running technique and training principles. Through this exposure, Ryne has written running progressions for people completing their first road race in addition to the running for elite athletes inside of the TTT community
Ryne’s current clients include CrossFit competitors, runners, baseball players, powerlifters and general wellness clients.
Ryne and his dog Wrigley maintain and keep a close watch on all things Crossfit, football, and baseball. They can often be found on a local Atlanta trail during down times.
