Matt Gilpin
Matt is both a semifinal athlete and CrossFit Coach, working in a number of different sports as a Strength and Conditioning coach, including CrossFit and Rugby League.
Matt has spent the last 4 years building up his CrossFit coaching experience with CrossFit athletes at all levels, from beginner to semi-final athletes. Prior to this Matt spent a number of years working in semi-professional rugby league as an assistant S&C.
Matt’s passion for coaching stemmed from his years of playing Inline and Ice Hockey over in Australia, representing the nation a number of times before transitioning into coaching after a knee reconstruction. From here the transition into Strength and Conditioning came quickly.
From helping athletes develop and improve their skills, to taking the next step in their CrossFit journey Matt enjoys working individuals who are willing to put in the work and take charge of their development.
Matt and his partner Lisa have relocated to TTT HQ all the way from Australia.
