WHO’S THE PROGRAM DESIGNED FOR?
TTT COMPETE is for athletes at any level looking to sharpen their skills, increase their strength, and build their capacity for competing in the sport of CrossFit. This program is comprised of multiple training paths designed to meet you where you are at.
WHAT TO EXPECT EACH DAY
When you open the app each day the first thing you’ll see is a video overview from a TTT Coach walking you through that day’s training for your selected path.
Each training session has a general and specific warm-up, along with coaches notes to provide you with a target and intent for each piece in that day’s training.
You can log your results, and “like” and comment on the results of the other athletes in the program. Each training day has its own “Water Cooler” section where you can directly interact with our coaches and other athletes.
We pride ourselves on communicating frequently with our members, so don’t hesitate to get in there and ask questions.
The program follows the overall CrossFit Games season, and is broken into 8-week training cycles. Each cycle serves as a great jumping in point for new athletes.
EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS
This program is designed with the assumption that you have access to most of the equipment used in a typical CrossFit gym. In the event that we program something you do not have access to reach out to a coach and we’ll provide you a modification.

BECOMING A TTT COMPETE ATHLETE GIVES YOU ACCESS TO ALL 6 PATHS

The beginner path is for those who are just getting into the sport of CrossFit but have the desire to compete at a higher level in the future.
This program is a 12-week program that will focus on building foundational strength, gymnastics skills, and endurance so the athlete can then graduate into one of our other competitive paths.

Our intermediate path kicks ass (pardon our french)! We love helping athletes who currently don’t have the required skills for the sport actually aquire them. And then, actually link them together under fatigue.
If you struggle with any of the advanced gymnastic skills required for the sport, or aren’t at the requisite strength level for most workouts this path is for you!

The Rx paths are for those who feel confident that they can qualify in the top 10% of the CrossFit Open. These paths will focus on developing the strength and capacity required to peak and excel at CrossFit Quarterfinals.
The Rx+ combines our flagship Rx path along with additional extra credit training to help athletes build endurance and gymnastic skills.

The masters path will focus on preparing athletes 35 and older to place top 10% in the CrossFit Open and then peak for the Age Group Semifinals.
We will appropriately design workouts to match the demands of the sport for each age category.

The elite path is for those who feel confident that they will have the capacity to earn a spot at a CrossFit Semifinals.
While this division will still focus on being fit for the quarterfinals, our main focus will be a year-round approach to build the capacity and strength required to earn your spot at Semis.

The movement & mobility path is made to be followed in conjunction with one of the paths above.
Each day is created to be an easy follow-along option for helping you get into better positions specific to that day’s training, and ideally creating better positions long-term.

Looking to improve your technique and master those challenging movements in CrossFit? Look no further!
TTT COMPETE is proud to introduce our new skills programs, designed to help you conquer fundamental but challenging movements.
SKILLS INCLUDE: clean and jerks, handstand walks, double unders, toes to bar, chest to bar, snatches, pistols, handstand push-ups, ring muscle-ups, bar muscle-ups, running (5k), and rope climbs.
These skill programs emphasize proper technique, progressions, and skill development, which are at the core of any effective training program. Through targeted drills and exercises that you can add in addition to your daily training, these skill programs equip you with the best techniques that will help push your training to new heights.
We understand that everyone's fitness journey is different, and that's why our program is tailored to fit individual goals and abilities. Our coaches will work closely with you to identify your strengths, weaknesses, and areas in need of improvement, and will help you choose the right skill or skills to add to your training plan that will enable you to get to the next level.
