Community Camp
This is a camp designed to celebrate our Training Think Tank community! We want to get as many TTT athletes as possible under 1 roof. We'll have some fun games, we'll do some tough workouts, we'll eat some good food, and most importantly, we'll get together and share our love for all things fitness related. This camp is open to anyone of ANY fitness level and with ANY kind of goals. All workouts can and will be adjusted accordingly to ensure maximum participation.
What to expect
- space and opportunity to catch up with old friends and to make new ones
- fitness related activities, in a fun but competitive setting (mix of team, partner, and individual)
- opportunities to have our expert TTT coaching staff observe and provide feedback on a variety of skills/movements/workouts
- 1 catered meal on Sat night

Friday rough timeline: 12:00PM-6:30PM
- 12:00PM - Pickleball tournament at Grimes Bridge Park (optional for those who want to participate, though all others are encouraged to come and heckle!)
- 2:00PM - Registration and camp kickoff
- 3:15-4:15PM - Workout 1 (12 min strength test: Strict Press, Hang Clean, Chin over bar hold)
- 4:30PM - Row Clinic with Coach Becky
- 5:30PM - Workout 2 (Partner rowing)
Saturday rough timeline: 12:00PM-6:30PM
- 9:30AM - Meet at gym
- 9:45AM - Snatch/DU clinic with Coach Travis and Coach Brandi
- 11:00AM - Workout 3 (8 min AMRAP DB/DU's)
- 12:15-1:45PM - Lunch
- 1:45PM - Burpee clinic with Coach Matt and Coach Mike
- 3:00PM - Workout 4 (AMRAP in teams of 3 of Wallballs, echo bike, burpees)
- 3:30-5:00PM - Catered Dinner (Local Wood-fired Grill)
Sunday rough timeline: 9:00AM-2:00PM
- 9:00AM - Meet at gym
- 9:00-10:00AM - Wall walk and Toes to bar clinic with Coach Mia
- 10:15-11:15AM - Workout 5 (10 min Gymnastics test - wall walks, toes to bar, strict pullups)
- 12:00-1:30PM - Workouts 6 and 7 (In teams of 4 - team run and team sled pull)
- 1:45PM - Conclusion and Goodbyes!
