Haley Ruth

Nutrition Coach

Born in 1985, Haley grew up playing different sports. She never really settled on one but wasn’t afraid to try anything new. After her marriage to Kyle, they moved to NC and found themselves owners of a CrossFit gym. It was here that Haley immersed herself into the world of nutrition. Over the years she had tried a lot of different diets and eating plans and to her surprise nothing was sustainable. After her second baby she hired a nutrition coach and learned about macro counting and she had great success. She fell in love with the process and decided to become a nutrition coach herself.

Haley is certified through Precision Nutrition and has been remote coaching for over 5 years. She brings a gentle approach to her coaching and loves to teach her clients a sustainable way of eating. She currently works with all levels of clients from stay at home parents to master athletes. You can find Haley running and lifting weights to stay healthy. She loves to be outside hiking and camping with her family. She also loves to be creating delicious food in the kitchen, experimenting with different ingredients and recipes to nourish her loved ones and herself.

Haley is currently working and training in her garage gym in Canton, GA
